About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Junior Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background or strong interest in finance or accounting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with prospects and demonstrating value. This role will focus on qualifying inbound leads, conducting initial discovery calls, and potentially running product demos for qualified prospects. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert warm leads into paying clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and the company website. Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points. Present the company’s products and services to potential clients through virtual demos. Collaborate with the senior AE to develop tailored proposals and close smaller deals. Maintain accurate lead and deal information in the CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce). Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for qualified opportunities and closed deals. Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or accounting-related industries). Educational background in finance, accounting, business, or related fields preferred. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Comfortable conducting product demos and virtual meetings with international clients. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead management processes. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
