Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and organised Project Manager to lead and support the delivery of key projects, including Salesforce implementation and business process optimisation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in driving successful CRM deployments and improving operational workflows. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to a fully optimized Salesforce environment. Oversee projects focused on streamlining and optimizing business processes, driving efficiency and productivity across various departments. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business needs into actionable project deliverables and ensure alignment with technical teams. Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify project objectives, requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure the use of Agile best practices. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) to track tasks, prepare regular status reports, and communicate progress to senior management. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization to meet project goals. Stay updated on best practices in Salesforce and project management to continuously improve delivery processes. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on CRM implementations, especially Salesforce, and business process improvements. Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementation projects, including customization, configuration, and third-party integrations. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience leading teams in an Agile environment. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Salesforce Admin. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau for tracking and reporting project progress. Familiarity with AI platforms and automation tools, with a focus on integrating these technologies into business workflows. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience with AI platforms and cloud services (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI). Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Lean Six Sigma. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin).  Experience in implementing automation tools and AI APIs (e.g., GPT models, OpenAI) within business workflows.
