Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in coordinating marketing activities and campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of marketing projects, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with our brand’s objectives. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media. Content Creation: Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media content. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and engaging with the audience. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Provide data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining marketing databases. Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and CRM systems. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role. Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. Proficiency in marketing software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
