The Senior Manager will oversee the delivery of client accounting services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. They will also be a team leader, finalizing financials, guiding staff, and driving process improvements.

• Lead, review, and finalize month-end and year-end financial statements for multiple international clients.
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of all statutory returns (VAT, GST/HST, Sales Tax, etc.).
• Supervise and review balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and variance analyses with clear commentary.
• Prepare and finalize audit working papers; coordinate with external auditors.
• Manage intercompany and payroll processing across client accounts.
• Review dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports prepared by staff; provide actionable insights for clients.
• Mentor and guide mid-level and junior team members to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.
• Undertake special projects (automation, process optimization, client onboarding) as assigned.
• Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks in line with CFO’s CAAT framework.

• Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent) with 5-7 years of experience.
• Has experience in multi-client, international accounting environments.
• Preferably exposed to franchise, retail, or restaurant accounting.
• Has a strong track record of delivering accurate, timely financials under tight deadlines.
• Has excellent English communication skills.
• Can manage client relationships and acts as the final reviewer.

• Advanced understanding of IFRS, UK/US/Canada GAAP.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, reconciliations, and statutory filings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, Twinfield, or similar).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and delegate effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Rigorous focus on accuracy and timeliness.
