The job primarily involves managing the configuration, customization, integration, and security of Salesforce throughout our business. The immediate department areas for transfer to Salesforce are our Procurement, Sales and Logistics Teams.

• Configure and maintain Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, profiles, roles, permissions, custom objects, fields and formulas.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance policies and procedures.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, profiles and roles and enforce security and sharing settings.
• Perform regular backups and audits of Salesforce data and troubleshoot any issues or errors.
• Support the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs, web services and middleware.
• Assist with the testing and deployment of new Salesforce releases, updates and enhancements.
• Provide training and documentation to end users and stakeholders on how to use Salesforce effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and usage of Salesforce and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices and trends and share them with the team.

• The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• They should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
• They should be proficient in Salesforce configuration, security, customization and integration.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud is also essential.
• They should have knowledge of Salesforce APIs, web services, middleware and data migration tools.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
• They should boast excellent communication, collaboration and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is expected.

• Graduate from a Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, security, customization and integration.
• Experience in working with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, web services, middleware and data migration tools.
