This position entails providing education & training to aid customers in their purchasing decisions. The role involves tasks like giving personalised software demonstrations, being involved in pre-sales & account management processes.

Responsibility
  • Curate and configure product demonstrations
  • Articulate and support the onboarding process, ensure customers understand the technical requirements
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on account renewals
  • Maintain expert level product knowledge
  • Provide an impactful experience during demos and presentations
Ideal Candidate Qualities
  • 2-3 years experience turning potential customers into buyers
  • Exceptional customer orientation skill
  • Superior communication skills including public speaking and presenting proof of concepts
  • Comfort and understanding of technology including software, web and database development
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Background in STEM disciplines would be an added advantage
Requirements
  • Experience in full sales cycle
  • Ability to give technical demos
