Responsibility
  • Lead the incident management process to make sure minimum disruption to IT service operations
  • Monitor, predict, and prevent incidents to maintain the highest possible service availability and performance
  • Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams
  • Ensure all incidents are efficiently logged, categorized, and resolved
  • Refine incident management protocols over time

Requirements
  • Knowledge of linux/unix commands
  • Proficiency in ITSM
  • Experience with DataDog
  • Capability for Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Experience in problem management
  • Proficiency in Grafana
  • Knowledge of Zabbix
  • Experience in SOP Development
