• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience leading teams in an Agile environment
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Salesforce Admin
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
