• Mill-Direct Procurement: Lead sourcing and procurement efforts directly from mills, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Supply Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and select optimal supply options based on commercial goals and customer requirements.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with mills, converters, and service providers.
• Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements with suppliers and partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply execution.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor global market trends, pricing shifts, and supply dynamics to guide sourcing strategies.
• Contract Manufacturing Development: Establish and manage converting or manufacturing partnerships to supplement in-house or mill capabilities.
• Risk Management: Diversify sourcing channels and plan for contingencies to ensure supply chain resilience.

• 5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience in flexible packaging, specialty grades, or related materials.
• Proven ability to source directly from mills and navigate supply market dynamics.
• Experience developing or managing contract manufacturing or converting relationships.
• Strong commercial instincts, negotiation skills, and cross-functional communication.
• Experience in trading or fast-paced commercial environments is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the domestic market, with occasional international travel as needed.
