As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with prospective clients in North America. You'll play a crucial role in the growth and success of a company, and your primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential customers. Your goal will be to engage with potential customers, generate leads, and schedule meetings or demos with the sales team.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Initiate contact and build relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Educate prospects about our products or services, highlighting their unique value propositions.
  • Identify customer needs and pain points, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address them.
  • Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors to stay informed about market changes and opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
