Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for the organization, ensuring consistency in all digital marketing channels, and providing forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong digital presence. You should be able to set up, implement and manage the overall company's digital marketing strategy.
Required Skills:

<li>Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction</li>
<li>Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Analytics</li>
<li>Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments</li>
<li>Measure ROI and KPIs</li>
<li>Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget</li>
<li>Oversee all the company's social media accounts</li>
<li>Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics</li>
<li>Build an inbound marketing plan</li>
<li>Forecast sales performance trends</li>
<li>Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement</li>
<li>Optimize the campaigns regularly for improving performance</li>
<li>Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights</li>
<li>Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals</li>
<li>Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals</li>
