Overview

This role involves enhancing business processes and driving digital transformation efforts, focusing on optimizing workflows and improving system integrations, particularly with platforms like Salesforce. The ideal candidate will also explore opportunities for implementing AI solutions to streamline operations.

Responsibility
  • Analyze and optimize existing business processes, with a focus on leveraging Salesforce for improved customer relationship management and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration, developing use cases where machine learning and AI models, such as GPT, can add value.
  • Design and document process flows and technical specifications that support business requirements and align with digital transformation goals.
  • Work with technical teams to implement and configure Salesforce enhancements and integrate third-party applications to extend its capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide insights on process performance and AI impacts.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing AI-driven tools to automate data analysis, reporting, and other key business processes.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with business units to gather requirements, validate process changes, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, automation, and CRM platforms, recommending new technologies and strategies for continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Qualities
  • Has 2+ years of experience in a business analysis role, with a focus on business process improvement and CRM (Salesforce) optimization.
  • Has strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including custom objects, flows, integrations, and reporting.
  • Has experience in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions, with a practical understanding of their applications in business processes.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for generating actionable insights.
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to defining and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
