Seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for AI Serving role at Speechify. Responsible for scaling infrastructure, optimizing product flows, and building resilient systems.

• Ship Node.js services for AI Voices to customers
• Deploy and operate core ML inference workloads
• Optimize key product flows
• Construct resilient end-to-end systems

• Experience shipping Node.js services written in Typescript
• Experience with public cloud environments, GCP preferred
• Experience with Infrastructure such as Code, Docker, and containerized deployments
• Experience deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes
• Experience being responsible for the successful operation of a critical production service
