Fractured Atlas is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to contribute to building and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications in a mission-driven organization.

• Contribute to building and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications
• Collaborate with colleagues for new features and enhancements
• Maintain and expand internal APIs and integrations
• Implement full-stack features using Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, CSS
• Write unit and feature tests for functionality
• Provide thoughtful feedback on pull requests

• 1-2 years experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with html, JavaScript, and CSS
• Passion for collaboration in a mission-driven organization
• Ability to understand complex systems and provide technological solutions
• Dedication to implementing code to Rails standards
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
