Operations Manager/Director - Real Estate
Full Time

Dynamic leadership role overseeing operational functions, KPI management, marketing, and sales in high-growth real estate firm.

Responsibility
  • Oversee day-to-day operations with clear plans, dates, and budget deadlines
  • Develop and implement KPI dashboards for Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Lead marketing campaigns with strong understanding of lead generation
  • Manage or coordinate with third-party marketing firms
  • Provide guidance and oversight to sales team
  • Streamline onboarding processes and coordinate setup of new investment offerings
  • Make independent decisions for day-to-day operational needs
  • Present solutions and improvements to Managing Partner
Requirements
  • Strong Operational Management experience in investment firm or marketing agency
  • Proven ability to identify, implement, and manage KPIs
  • Experience managing a team of 3-5 people in boutique or entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong background in marketing and sales management in business-to-consumer setting
  • Generalist marketing experience with understanding of direct response, ad platforms, lead generation
  • Experience in financial services, private equity, or private real estate
  • Experience managing or collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams
  • Ability to prioritize, manage projects, and drive execution
