Job Description:

As a Business Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Enterprise Account Managers. You should be highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 5+ years inside sales/lead generation experience 
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the VP of Sales to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • Needs to develop new client accounts.
  • Will be responsible for Client Acquisition and Lead Generation.
  • Excellent communication, Bulk Emailing, Negotiation skills are required for this position.
  • Extensive experience in bringing new clients, business for the company by selling Staffing Solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including effective presentation skills.
  • Must be comfortable with cold-calling.
  • Experience dealing directly with decision-makers.
  • Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude.
  • Power user MSOffice and related products.
