We are seeking an intermediate Salesforce candidate to join our team. We are looking for somebody that is interested in participating in the full project lifecycle; somebody able to switch between hands-on development work, client meetings, planning and design, and documentation. 

In this role, you will be consulting with clients, designing solutions to meet their needs, and then implementing those solutions with the appropriate technologies: Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Salesforce.com CRM solutions to meet client needs including design, configuration, and testing activities.
  • Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders.
  • Assisting with scoping and estimating projects.
  • Investigate, document, and analyse key client organizational processes.
  • Think critically about business problems and develop technical solutions.
  • Solution design and configuration on the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Work collaboratively with senior members of our team to determine required resources and create realistic timelines.
  • Maintain clear communication with project team and stakeholders.
  • Be a trusted adviser to the client, understanding the client’s end-to-end business and areas for future growth.
  • Along with adapting existing processes, help define new processes, and continually look to create efficiencies within the organization.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing / consulting role.
  • Experience with Apex Code, triggers, custom object development, SFDC APIs, Web services, Force.com, Lightning Web Component development.
  • Experience creating documentation for requirements, design, test, and training.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others and display strong communication skills with colleagues and client stakeholders.
  • Adapt with multiple software systems and willing to learn new products.
  • Experience with Jira, VS. code, Gearset, or similar dev-ops tools.
  • Experience with system administration, web design, software development, would be a benefit.
  • Experience with Project Management would be a benefit.

Soft Skills:

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and organize information, work independently, and use good judgment.

  • Sales Cloud Consultant
